We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products that show signs of use, damage, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@cassandraadscorp.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@cassandraadscorp.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.

5. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Non-Returnable Items

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after receiving the product.

9. Exchanges
