4. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our support team.
6. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or inventory shortages. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and assist you.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and notify us immediately at support@cassandraadscorp.shop. We will work with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or size. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.
